In collaboration with the developers BVI.EU and LCV Real Estate this joint venture marks the beginning of an ambitious redevelopment project. The vision? To transform the site into the Green Business Park Bloesem, a vibrant new hub featuring four state-of-the-art units for logistics or production, each spanning approximately 10,000 m². Additionally, plans are in place to develop a small-scale business center to cater to the dynamic needs of SMEs.
