IT
ReX (Real estate eXcellence) is a customised and internally developed IT application for the financial management of real estate. ReX is written in the Microsoft .NET framework and open ECMA standards so it interfaces seamlessly with applications in different programming languages
ReX is Internet-based so the data can be viewed in real time and continuously. And, of course, with secure access for internal and external users including rights per user and per project.
Processes and workflows are automated to the maximum and run step by step, which makes them extremely user-friendly. ReX automatically generates tenant invoices, which are then sent electronically. Other advantages are automatic indexing and the sending of reminders. Administrators can also approve invoices electronically.
With ReX, users can keep an eye on their expenses at all times, such as expenses for service costs, marketing, or property taxes. Also integrated in REX: consultation of rental schedules including end dates, cancellation dates, lease renewals and extensions, budgetary control, service costs, sales logs, forecast rental income, etc.
The Wings accounting system can also be consulted directly from ReX. ReX delivers numerous reports via Microsoft Power BI. CEUSTERS also uses the Planon service desk, the leading and innovative software for property and facilities management. The ticket system contributes to measurable improvements, such as better quality, lower costs, greater efficiency, and higher customer satisfaction.
