CEUSTERS assists Balta Industries in its search for a new headquarters in Kortrijk

CEUSTERS assisted Balta Industries NV in its search for a new headquarters in the Kortrijk region. The company will establish itself in a high-quality and sustainable business building located at Evolis in Harelbeke, where it will occupy approximately 2,450 m² of office space and 2,750 m² of warehouse space.

The new site in Harelbeke will become the home base for, among others, the company’s R&D department.

With this move, Balta anchors the beating heart of its innovation and product renewal activities within the region and creates a future-oriented environment that supports collaboration, creativity and international growth.

This new location underlines Balta’s confidence in the South-West Flanders region as a strategic base for its further development and ambition.
