The acquisition supports ToyChamp’s expansion. The site at Calvarieberg 5-7 comprises more than 40,000 sq m of warehouse space, approximately 4,000 sq m of mezzanine, 44 docks and 2,650 sq m of offices. The complete project covers approximately 46,000 sq m on around 7.3 hectares.
