SALE OF HISTORIC COMPLEX IN ANTWERP

CEUSTERS proudly announces the successful negotiation and sale of a historic complex in the center of Antwerp this January. This unique property, a blend of architectural elegance and historical significance, encompasses a land area of 2.378 m² and a building surface in its current state of 5.563 m². The site comprises a warehouse, a service residence, and an office space. Originally commissioned by the Belgian Boerenbond, the complex’s initial design was crafted by Eugène Dieltiëns in 1902. It was later expanded to include a neo-traditional office building by Joseph Goeyvaerts in 1922 and an Art Deco style warehouse in 1928.

This sale underscores Ceusters’ expertise in managing transactions involving properties of significant value and cultural heritage.

We express our sincere appreciation to everyone involved in this process for their hard work and commitment.
