Office project Léon in Ghent fully let

We are thrilled to announce that CEUSTERS has successfully leased out the prestigious Léon office project in Ghent, filling all 3,500 m² of modern office space. A year after our exclusive appointment in January 2024, the final tenant has been secured. Among the new occupants are Coloc Housing, HP Engineers, Legalfly, and QRF.

Léon offers 3,500 m² of high-quality office space that combines luxury, comfort, and sustainability in a state-of-the-art work environment. The office spaces are designed to enhance both productivity and well-being, featuring spacious terraces, modern showers, and a large bike parking area. The abundant daylight and panoramic views of historic Ghent complete the picture.
What truly sets Léon apart is the forward-thinking renovation of the 1960s building. The result is a sustainable office building in the heart of Ghent, featuring:

  • Heating and cooling via climate ceilings connected to a heat pump
  • Maximum reuse of rainwater
  • Water capture from the Leie for toilets
  • 200 solar panels on the roof for green electricity
  • Heat recovery between retail and office spaces
  • Complete abandonment of fossil fuels

With this achievement, CEUSTERS confirms its position as a leading player in the Flemish office market and underscores the growing demand for sustainable and high-quality workplaces, despite the Ghent market being rather cautious in the first quarter.
