This recognition is awarded by Great Place to Work, a global organisation that certifies companies based on employee feedback and workplace culture. It uses surveys and analytics to assess trust, pride and camaraderie within teams. Companies that meet the criteria earn the certification, which is recognised worldwide as a benchmark for employer excellence.

At CEUSTERS, 76% of our colleagues took part in the anonymous survey, and we’re proud to have achieved an impressive average score of 84%.

It reflects the positive, respectful and supportive culture we’ve built together, both at work and beyond. From after-work drinks and team celebrations to ski trips and spontaneous get-togethers, we make time for connection and fun.
