CEUSTERS realises the sale of a strategic logistics site in Limburg, Belgium

We are proud to have facilitated the landmark transaction between Logistics Capital Partners (LCP) and Nolmans Retail Support for the sale of a state-of-the-art distribution center in Bilzen. This acquisition plays a crucial role in the continued expansion of ToyChamp, a leading retailer specializing in toys, games, multimedia, and school supplies.

The new site, featuring over 40,000 m² of warehouse space, a 4,000 m² mezzanine, 44 docks, and 2,650 m² of office space, will replace the current location in Genk. This BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certified sustainable building perfectly aligns with ToyChamp’s ambitious growth plans.

CEO Koen Nolmans highlights the strategic importance of this acquisition: “Due to the enormous growth of our company, with ToyChamp expanding from 33 to 43 stores since early 2024, and especially with the acquisition of Intertoys in the Netherlands, our current Nolmans Retail Support location in Genk is quickly becoming too small. With our continued expansion in mind, we are pleased to have acquired a new site nearby that fully aligns with our growth ambitions."
