CEUSTERS mediates the leasing of a warehouse from LINQUP/TQ PROJECTS to CRISP in Aartselaar.
CEUSTERS, under the guidance of Olivier Wuyts, recently completed a significant real estate transaction in Aartselaar. LINQUP/TQ PROJECTS leased a warehouse and terrain to CRISP, the popular online supermarket focused on offering fresh, local products directly from farmers and producers.
The new location at Vluchtenburgstraat 11 in Aartselaar consists of 1,786 m² of warehouse space and 784 m² of terrain. CRISP deliberately chose this site as their strategic hub for the Greater Antwerp area. The excellent location, close to major highways, makes it an ideal base for efficiently distributing their fresh products in the region. The rental prices for this site are 50 EUR per m² per year for the warehouse and 12.50 EUR per m² for the terrain. With this expansion, CRISP can further support its growth in Belgium, continuing to meet the increasing demand for fair and sustainable products. Thanks to the mediation of CEUSTERS, known for its expertise in semi-industrial real estate, CRISP found the perfect place to further develop its logistics operations and optimally serve its customers in and around Antwerp.
