Real Estate Consultant

To strengthen our Brussels team, we are looking for a commercially driven Real Estate Consultant who is eager to build expertise in industrial and logistics real estate.

Your Role

• Build and develop your own client portfolio. 
• Manage sales and leasing assignments from first contact through to closing. 
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, property owners and developers, while actively identifying and converting new business opportunities. 
• Proactively follow up the property portfolio and identify commercial opportunities. 
• Stay in close daily contact with owners and occupiers in our portfolio. .

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a commercial role. 
• Real estate experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. 
• Strong client focus, sound organisational skills and flexibility. 
• Proactive, entrepreneurial and commercially minded, with a positive attitude. 
• A confident networker and skilled negotiator. 
• Able to collaborate effectively while taking ownership of your work. 
• A genuine interest in real estate and the drive to keep developing your expertise. 
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English is required. 
• Valid Category B driving licence.
