Portfolio Manager

As Portfolio Manager, your main task consists of the administrative and financial management of a real estate portfolio consisting of office buildings, industrial estates, shopping centres and retail parks for various owners. Your function

* You will manage a diverse portfolio of buildings financially, administratively and legally;

* You are proactively involved in monitoring your portfolio, in particular indexations, calculating and allocating costs, monitoring contractual conditions, monitoring the technical situation with the support of experienced technical colleagues;

* You are in very regular contact with owners as well as tenants and suppliers.

Your profile

* You have at least a Bachelor's degree in an economic or legal field or you can present at least 3 years of relevant experience;

* Experience in the real estate industry and especially in property management is a plus;

* You love a challenge and turn it into real objectives;

* You are precise, stress-resistant and discreet;

* You are customer-oriented, strong in organisation and can work independently;

* You are proactive, communicatively strong, sociable and above all, positive;

* You are bilingual (NL/FR), as well as proficient in English;
