Do you have an affinity with technology and does this give you energy? Then the role of Building & Facility Manager is made for you! As Facility Manager, you take care of the entire management of the client's buildings. This means that you are responsible for the operational functioning, administrative follow-up, reporting and of course for the long-term relationship with the client.

Your function

* Following up on the tendering, planning and execution of technical maintenance;

* Following up on the maintenance firm, monitoring and cleaning;

* Following procedures and legislation on safety and environment in close contact with external services such as fire and police;

* Preparation of the price request, price comparison, assistance in the selection of contractors and suppliers as well as their evaluation;

* Checking execution for accuracy and quality;

* Taking immediate actions in case of technical deficiencies;

* Preparing, maintaining and monitoring conservation works;

* Checking monthly invoicing from contractors and suppliers;

* Prepare and coordinate maintenance programs and budgets;

* Managing internal staff moves, optimizing space utilization;

* Organizing facility services and using FMIS.

 Your profile

* A technical degree (bachelor's or master's) is obviously a plus but we look mainly at your willingness and passions;

* A few years' work experience in a similar position would be nice;

* Responsibility does not deter you and you can prioritize;

* You are independent and stress-resistant;

* You have excellent coordination and organizational skills;

* You have clear and direct communication;

* You speak French and English fluently;

* Good knowledge of Windows and MS-Office (Excel and Word). A basic knowledge of Autocad is a plus.
