Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Real Estate Advisor to strengthen our team in the Brussels region, focusing on office and light industrial real estate. We offer a unique opportunity for talented professionals to further develop within an ambitious and welcoming community.
Your Role:
- Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
- Negotiate and successfully close purchase and lease transactions.
- Maintain regular contact with clients, investors, and prospects.
- Proactively manage our real estate portfolio.
- Daily interaction with both property owners and users.
Your Profile:
- Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales.
- Experience in the real estate sector is a plus but not mandatory.
- Customer-oriented, organized, and flexible.
- Proactive, commercially oriented, and positive.
- Excellent networking and negotiation skills.
- Team player with a high level of independence.
- A deep-rooted passion for real estate.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- Possession of a valid driver's license (B).
