Description
Are you entrepreneurial and positive-minded with a commercial flair? If you have a passion for retail and retail real estate and are a born negotiator, then we are looking for you!
Your function
* You will be responsible for building and maintaining contacts with a national network of real estate investors as well as global Retailers;
* You will be responsible for negotiating and closing sales/lease transactions;
* You liaise with clients, investors, customers and prospects on a regular basis;
* You are pro-active in the follow-up of your portfolio (more specifically, taking on new properties and letting/selling properties already in the portfolio);
* You are in daily contact with both owners and tenants of properties in our portfolio;
Your profile
* You have a Master's degree, or equivalent through experience;
* Experience in real estate is a plus, it is not a must;
* You are customer-oriented, strong in organisation and can work independently;
* You are proactive, commercial, entrepreneurial and above all, positive;
* You are a born networker and negotiator;
* You have a passion for real estate;
* You are fluently bilingual in Dutch and French and have an excellent knowledge of English;
* You possess a driving licence B;
