New property management mandate

We are excited to announce that Primonial REIM has mandated us for the property management of their Belgian and Dutch assets. As of January 1st 2024, we manage this portfolio which comprises approximately 50.000 m2 of (mainly) retail space, with Basilix Shopping (17.896 m2) in Brussels and Zilverpand Brugge as main assets, and a large volume of high street locations in Belgium and The Netherlands. In addition to retail real estate, we also manage several co-living and healthcare assets, as well as daycare centers. After a couple of years of absence we welcome Basilix and Zilverpand back in our portfolio !
