To join the growing Valuation & Advisory department, CEUSTERS is looking for a new team member with financial skills and a passion for real estate.

Your function
As part of the Valuation & Advisory team, you will assist with and deliver valuation and advisory reports to a broad range of clients, among which are banks, real estate investors and developers and entrepreneurs;
You will organize and conduct site visits across different types of real estate, such as offices, industrial, retail and residential properties and projects.
You will be in regular contact with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders in your mission to conduct independent appraisals of real estate assets and portfolios.
Your profile
- You have at least a Bachelor's degree in economics or finance or you have at least relevant working experience (experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not a must);
- You are precise, stress-resistant and discreet;
- You are client-oriented, strong in organization and can work independently;
- You are a team player, have a positive mindset and love the challenge to meet objectives and deadlines;
- You are native speaker in Dutch and preferably also proficient in French;
- You are in possession of a driver's license (B).
