Senior Real Estate Consultant Retail

CEUSTERS is looking for a competent, driven and team-oriented real estate advisor to strengthen the Retail Real Estate team from our office in Antwerp or Brussels. To support our continued growth, we are looking for a colleague who is eager to commit to an ambitious organization and further develop his or her individual talents.

Your role

• You are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with a national network of real estate investors as well as with international retail brands;
• You are responsible for negotiating and closing sales and leasing transactions;
• You maintain regular contact with principals, investors, clients and prospects;
• You proactively manage and follow up on your portfolio (in particular acquiring new properties and leasing/selling properties already in the portfolio);
• You are in daily contact with both owners and tenants of properties in our portfolio;
• You coach and guide junior colleagues within the team.

Your profile

• You hold a Master’s degree, or have equivalent experience;
• You have several years of professional experience in a similar position within the real estate sector;
• You are client-oriented, well organized and able to work independently;
• You are proactive, commercial, entrepreneurial and above all positive in mindset;
• You are a natural networker and negotiator;
• You have a passion for real estate;
• You are fluent in both Dutch and French and have an excellent command of English;
• You hold a category B driving licence.
