To strengthen our team, CEUSTERS is looking for a skilled and motivated Real Estate Consultant to join the industrial and logistics real estate team at our Brussels office. We are seeking a colleague who is eager to grow their talents within an ambitious and dynamic organisation.

Your Role

• Build and maintain your own portfolio of clients.
• Manage and close sales and leasing transactions.
• Maintain regular contact with property owners, investors, clients, and prospects.
• Proactively manage and follow up on the property portfolio.
• Engage daily with property owners and tenants in our portfolio.

Your Profile

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a sales role.
• Experience in real estate is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer focus, excellent organizational skills, and flexibility.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, commercial, and positive attitude.
• Good networking and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
• Interest in real estate.
• Fluent in French and English, with proficiency in Dutch.
• Possession of a valid Category B driver's license
